Neetu, ultrasound tech was super sweet and helpful. My appointment was scheduled at another facility and with no hesitation she requested the order form and brought me straight to the back. She was able to do my ultrasound within minutes of my arrival time. During the ultrasound she made me feel extremely comfortable. Thank you Neetu!
My daughter went there with abdominal pain. Treated her as if she was seeking something! All said and done after scans and blood work her diagnosis was undetermined!! So my daughter left with nothing but a bill!! Here is the best part they NEVER CHECKED FOR COVID! My daughter stopped and bought a test and she is postive!! So now all those doctors and nurses have been exposed for THERE LACK OF CARE!!
Don't waste your time! I had an appointment scheduled for imaging and when I got there I was told that the person who is in maging had left for the day. I didn't even get a courtesy call to reschedule.
The rudest people.....no one there and only 1 parent can go back with a minor!! Seriously??!!!
This is the most incompetent place for blood work I've ever seen. Unorganized and very ill managed facility and employees that have not a damn clue what the words "Customer Service " mean.
