I needed a replacement part for my Caribe Kayak, everyone there was very helpful. I got what I came for and they also threw in a couple of parts that were missing on my kayak. That was in 2024. I just contacted them again today and the parts I need are being sent out today so I will get them next week. Once again great service from everyone involved.
Boy that International sure does move eh?
The person who answered the phone was rude and disrespectful. I asked a question for help and she just said no hung up. Not the way to help someone in need of a service. Not to be recommended
