I lived here for a very happy year while in school, but the condos are each owned independently, so it depends on your landlord. Great walking access to Smith's grocery and downtown. Close to a stop on the BYU shuttle.

There is an always empty parking lot across the street from Chom. I parked there for thirty minutes, and when I came back out had a boot. Literally a total of three cars in the parking lot. Seems a little extreme to be booting cars in an empty parking lot in the middle of the day.
