I've lived in my fair share of living arrangements over the course of my life, but I have to say that by far Baywood Capitol is by far the most responsive and considerate property management I've ever had. Any issue I had with my unit was addressed within the week or less. When I ask for some one to come out and fix one thing instead two or three things get fixed.
