just visiting a friend. old buildings housing low income families. they allow pets, children and the upkeep has gotten better. tenants are relatively happy with management.
It was fine
Haven’t lived there in years but for current and future tenants... they’re being sued for scamming people out of their deposits. During my time there they cycled through managers like clockwork. One of the managers was really into racial nepotism and basically groomed people of the same ethnicity in order to keep future managers positions looking very “homogeneousy”.
