Dr. Cromer and Donna are the best! I’ve taken my dogs there for years. They provide exceptional care and never add excessive unnecessary services.
I can't say enough about the exceptional care at Baywood Animal Hospital. Donna at the front desk is truly dedicated to the clinic's mission, always greeting clients with warmth and professionalism. The compassion and expertise shown by Dr. Cromer and the entire staff are outstanding. You simply won't find this level of personalized care at a chain clinic. Thank you for your dedication and for providing a place where our pets are treated with such kindness and skill.
These people are the real deal. They were there for my cat in an emergency situation and didn’t just refer me to an expensive ER like my previous vet in town did (during business hours.) They get you in quickly and scheduling appointments and procedures is simple. Prices are reasonable and fair. You don’t have to wait weeks for someone to call you back or put deposits down to hold procedure times. Very sweet and caring of animals. I can tell they cared about my girl rather than the money. I love that they’re open on Saturday too so I was able to take my girl to her appointment.
THE best vet / animal hospital. I have been to many and will not take snoopy anywhere else. Smaller family business. Not crazy busy and willing to accommodate their schedule the best they can while going above and beyond for your family. Ms. Donna at the desk and Dr. Cromer have been helping me for years and they are always straightforward. They do not sugar coat when it comes to your pets health and will tell you like it is.
