Would recommend to stay away from this clinic if you are looking for quality care, especially for a new baby. I became a new patient of this clinic with about a month left in my pregnancy. The doctor seemed quite nice at the meet & greet. After giving birth at the hospital, I was instructed to follow up with my family doctor within a week for my newborn checkup. The front desk staff for Dr. Rathore is awesome! They are prompt in responding to emails. I made a call a couple of days ago, Hira answered my phone call. She was pleasant over the phone and assisted me well! Thank you, Hira!

Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionists was very disappointing. I called the office regarding an issue with my doctor and did not receive an answer. I followed up by email two days later and still did not receive a response. I also called the office multiple times afterward and had difficulty getting through. For a medical office, communication and accessibility are extremely important. Most horrible practice. My doctor was Dr Sayed. She was great. After she left. The people replacing her was horrible. The other issue. They literally chatge $60 for a doctor's note. If you want to transfer doctors. Its $40. Ive never had to pay to get my documents transfered. Will be reporting them for mal practice. As well you have only 15 mins. Its not normal in canada to put a timer for clients. Especially putting it in every office. Finally if you arent a certain ethnicity. They treat you like garbage. Ive wait 45 mins f... read more
