Amazing doctors, clean hospital, good pharmacy and labs but it has the WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. They have 3 receptionists and no body attends calls or even gets back to your calls. If the management was better then I think the hospital will get more consistent patients. I have called them multiple times but they barely pick up or even get back to a call.
The staff ia very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on their faces.
I come here with my children with scheduled appointments and wait a minimum of 1 hr. I'm deeply regretting that we switched to this clinic. This is now after coming 5+ times.The previous clinic in North ajax we used had us in and out within 30 minutes at maximum. When me or my wife are sick we go to a different walk in because of how terrible this service is. I find it ridiculous that they cannot abide by appointment times it signals disorganization.
