I was offered a prescription for a serious medication like Accutane without the doctor ever assessing my skin. I had 3 appointments, Dr Rathore in question only showed up to one of them, and never looked at my skin issue. Her assistant initially prescribed an antibiotic assuring me it would work miracles, it didn't. Then a different doctor offered Accutane without ever seeing me (it was a phone appointment). If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I had a meet and greet booked months in advance with Dr. Malik. I had completed my questionnaire online prior to the appointment (so they have all my information). Upon arrival I was told I could not see the doctor at all, because I already have a family doctor in the Durham region. The receptionist for Dr. Malik, did not do her due diligence in letting me know this prior to the appointment that I would not be able to see the doctor at all. Really good clinic. Dr kazi is the best. He listens to your concerns calmly and doesn’t rush and he explains everything thoroughly.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Adil yesterday as a new patient for myself and my son. The staff and atmosphere was so welcoming, didn’t make me feel like just a number like most clinics. The gentleman that checked us in and did the basics was super nice and knowledgeable as well as Dr. Adil. She took the time to listen and get to know us and did such a great check up with my 8 month old. She was super warm and welcoming and I highly recommend this clinic as well as Dr. Adil. Thanks guys!
Extremely unprofessional staff and doctors. When you call to file a complaint and ask to speak with a manager, they never connect you. Instead, they take your number and do nothing. We have tried to complain three times, and each time they took our number, but no one ever called us back. There are multiple issues this place needs to fix.
