I have lots to say about this outstanding dental service. This team of dental professionals from reception, administration, dental hygienists, dental assistants, to the dentists themselves. I am so happy I found Baywell clinic and wish I had sooner. After my long time dentist retired my mouth needed a new home. I have severe dental anxiety and the team is very understanding. The assessment technology is high level and patient education is thorough. I have seen Dr Luong and Dr Lewis and my current hygienist is Cassandra. The admin staff is also amazing.
I have been getting my dental treatments at Baywell from Doctor Jeanie Luong. Trust me, She is the best. Very understanding, kind and positive. The whole atmosphere at the clinic is welcoming and comforting. There is absolutely no judgement or feeling of insecurity. They try to fix things as quickly and painlessly as nowhere else. The whole staff including the dental hygienists, nurses and front desk are all great. If you live close to or within GTA, that’s the place to go for all your dental needs.
I recently visited Baywell Dental Centre for a cleaning and scaling appointment and had a great experience! The entire team was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the visit. A special mention to Shirley—she was incredibly compassionate and gentle, and really made the experience comfortable.
