The car buying experience was great at Bayway. My salesman, Fredrick Young, was the best and going over details and explaining things. When I picked up the car, he went over so much of the technology with me so I could understand what all the buttons are for. He is my go to person for anything I need.
We were looking to replace my wife's 2008 Lincoln MKX; and since it's been such a magnificent car, decided to look for another MKX. Our search began several months ago as we met Michael Connor. We told him what we were looking for and he went about his search. Often we received update emails from Michael, until he had 2 cars that met our specifications.
