Bayway CF is one of the best CrossFit boxes I’ve been to. I have been going to BWCF for about 7 months now and love everything about it. The coaches and members are so friendly and make you feel like family right away. Wether it’s your first CrossFit workout or you’ve been doing it for years the structure of the classes accommodate everyone at the same time so the new members don’t feel lost or left behind and the more experienced members feel challenged and not held back. At first me and my daughter were nervous, but they are very welcoming and we enjoy going every day
Best environment ever! Always loved working out but this crowd treats you like family and help you along your journey. The coaches are great and don’t make anybody feel left out. And love that I can take my kids while we are getting it in the gym. Strongly recommend, you don’t have to be fit just dedicated
First time joining a CrossFit gym and love it!! Everyone is extremely welcoming and supportive
