I want to publicly thank Anthony Plaza, Service Director, for his honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service at the Cadillac dealership. In April, I brought in my 2022 Cadillac Escalade because of an issue related to the 6.2L V8 engine, which has a GM recall/special coverage program that covers certain engine problems up to 150,000 miles.
