I bought a 2019 Chevy suburban from Bayway Cadillac Woodlands on Feb 11, 2026 with a cashier's check on a local bank, which was $300 more than it's final amount due. After numerous calls, emails, messages, I have not received the refund, any call back from the finance director, pre-owned manager or any other person other than one nice receptionist that tried to get responsible parties to contact me. Appears they want to steal my $300 refund.
