This dealership sucks. That includes the Owner, Manager, and there sales team. They are incompetent They are rude. Ordered 200k Cadillac, they can’t order correctly! And when it finally arrives, they have no ideas on what to do. Customers beware!! Take your business elsewhere where. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE EXPERIENCE!! I’ll be buying my new Cadillac some Where’s else. 0 Stars to to the Bayway enterprise!
All my 5 starts go to Ricardo! From the moment my husband and little one walked in we felt welcomed. We appreciate the whole process with him and he has excellent customer service. I highly recommend him and will definitely be returning for our future purchase.
