Staff were ridiculous and not welcoming were acting with zero sense and no discipline for public appearances. Didn’t opted their service but their first impression was really disgusting disappointed with the staff. Not professional at all

I've used the DIY bays for a long time. Always clean, equipment in top state of maintenance, good value for money. Great staff, who are always there if needed. Usually a student age, and eager to help (enter/wash/pay). Clean hot water, lotsa soap, good vacume cleaners. Well run, go here.
