The worst apartments in all of Florida, the maintenance is unbelievable, probably can't tie their own tennis shoes we've been here, going on 5 years, and our air conditioner has been a problem since we moved in, they won't fix it. They cage you in when you try to leave , hitting you up 2 months before your lease is up, saying we'll only raise your rent 10 dollars if you sign now Bayview omg BEWARE
