This place is so terrible, they have rodents. the building is smelly, and the elevators are always broken and there are 21 floors. I don't know how it's even legal to not have a working elevators for 21 floors. Those people just treat their residents like nothing since they are serving lower income people. If someone in my family get hurt because y'all refuse to invest in the elevators, I will sue cause this is disgusting.

This is a review of the front desk and maintenance and their ability to be compassionate. There are floodlights that illuminate the playground — vital. I truly understand the need for this. Unfortunately, those same lights shine directly into my apartment across the street, to the extent that I don’t need to turn my lights on ever inside. For a little under 6 months I’ve been calling -simply asking them to angle the lights downwards so I can sleep without pulling my shades down everyday. Rude, unresponsive, uncaring.
