Overall, great buildings. Well kept and fantastic staff. BUT, the new balcony railings are horrible!! A big attraction to this building is the view, and the new railings added last year took away almost all of that. Because the railings are now solid instead of the previous bar railings, we now have to step right out onto the balcony to see the previously lovely view. I used to love being able to sit and read, or even just walk by the window and look outside at nature, but being on a high floor, now the view is just the manm... read more
We have lived here for two years now and couldn’t be happier. All the superintendents are super friendly and accommodating. They work diligently to help and try to resolve any issues that come up without hesitation. I would highly recommend Bayview Towers if you are looking to rent.
I’m moving in to the building in a few weeks. Stacey and her team are wonderful to work with. Ryan toured the apartment with me and was really helpful and kind. Looking forward to my new home at Bayview Towers.
