The laundry room in the north tower is horrible. Esthetically, it's fine, but it doesn't function properly. The drain constantly backs up and is disgusting. The drain in the floor is constantly clogged with hair and grime and is genuinely nauseating, especially when taking out clean clothes. And the last time I did my laundry, my clothes actually smelled like sewage when I took them out. I had to rewash them at a Laundromat, which I guess is where I'll be going from now on. Dear Bayview and Staff We are so happy and grateful for staff and the very friendly tenants in the building who have been very welcoming to our family. Staff have been very punctual and efficient with any concerns. We have had a considerable amount of construction this year most of what was road work , balconies etc…. Staff has answered any concerns we or tenants have had the best they can. We find the building very clean. From our home to yours we wish you Happy Holidays 🎄
Can’t enough good things about the superintendents at this apartment. New to apartment living and they have been so nice and helpful! Made me feel very welcomed Building is clean and very quiet Keep up the good work!
Need new superintendents. Need new washers and dryers. Need more visitor spots or parking spots above ground. Need to fix the balconies again because of the poor design. Need to enforce rules to tenants who are loud preventing other tenants from "the reasonable enjoyment of their rented unit". Need to stop letting dogs hang out on the furniture in the lobbies without leashes on". Need to stop over charging for units that only get painted and cleaned when a tenant vacates.
