Extremely Unorganized and Concerning Experience I applied and toured this property about a year ago, and unfortunately my experience was frustrating from start to finish. If your thinking about moving here please think again especially if you have children !! These apartments are NOT NEWLY RENOVATED!!! I've been a resident for over three years, The mice & roach infestation is out of control & is worse now than it ever was. Hallways & staircases are filled with trash & piss everywhere ,elevators are broken down every other day & sometimes don't get fixed for months. This place is unbelievable shady. They give false information prior to applying. They made us complete ann application and submit rediculous amount of documents after being told that there were available units. After submission we literally heard nothing we were pretty much ghosted , after numerous attempts to contact them we were told we were on waiting list that may take months. I honestly have been waiting for the longest to speak up about this building, because every single time something is said, it gets swept under the rug. Any and every new tenant needs to hear the truth about the conditions of both buildings. This building is falling apart at the seams, and maintenance is understaffed to the point that you’ll get lucky if you can get a hold of them. These towers are poorly managed. The stairwells and hallways are consistently dirty, and the fitness room has been out of service for over two years. The laundry machines are broken and have not been replaced, so don’t count on that convenience. If you get locked out after office hours, you’ll likely be stuck waiting outside — or sleeping in your car. The playgrounds are inconsistently accessible, often locked at random without notice.
