Extremely Unorganized and Concerning Experience I applied and toured this property about a year ago, and unfortunately my experience was frustrating from start to finish. If I can give them less stars than this I would absolutely ! First ,they gave me a infested apartment that was vacant for years because they knew of the infestation , told me I had 24 hours to accept this apartment after a four month waiting process on their end because they kept losing things and claiming they need more info that I already submitted ,found out it's not 24 hours it's ten days so the appropriate checks of this unit couldn't be performed in 24 hours , thanks to Alana and Cynthia in the office , you have mice e... read more
This place is unbelievable shady. They give false information prior to applying. They made us complete ann application and submit rediculous amount of documents after being told that there were available units. After submission we literally heard nothing we were pretty much ghosted , after numerous attempts to contact them we were told we were on waiting list that may take months. I am really loving my new apartment at Bayview Towers. From the start to now I had an amazing experience and I would like to thank the staff for their hard work and kindness. They have helped me with the application process and I got approved. They answer all emails fast and kind. We have parking which is a major plus. We have clean spacious apartments which I love. I honestly have been waiting for the longest to speak up about this building, because every single time something is said, it gets swept under the rug. Any and every new tenant needs to hear the truth about the conditions of both buildings. This building is falling apart at the seams, and maintenance is understaffed to the point that you’ll get lucky if you can get a hold of them.
