The staff maybe friendly and have a good attitude, but their billing center is less than transparent in how they arrive at copays and deductibles. Had a procedure done 6 months ago, staff were friendly, but do not be fooled. I was billed hundreds of dollars because their billing department picked, added, interpreted billing codes based on doctor's notes to inflate and change payable outcomes.
