I had an appointment with Scott to come give a bid to replace a roof on a house my son is closing on at the end of the month. I called Friday to verify they were coming out Monday morning at 10am and they confirmed. We drive the hour and a half to the house to meet them. The replacement of my roof was completed on August 18, 2023. The roof looks great. On Wednesday evening, August 24, 2023, I noticed a piece of chipped exterior paint. I thought it was odd because my home had just been painted in August 2022. I went in search of the issue. I then noticed that the eaves surrounding my porch were damaged. They were exposed nails and chipped wood or just damaged and chipped wood from nails in all of the eaves surrounding my home.
