Im currently serving as a board of director for my townhome complex with Bayview “helping” us manage the legal requirements. Of the (4) different property management companies, at least this company supplies the financial statements to me. I discovered that the management “reimburses” themselves via (EFT) electronic fund transfers up to 5x the monthly fee for unstated expenses and only listing a Bayview invoice number in each of the (9) general ledger expense accounts.. Since working with Bayview Management our HOA has faced financial difficulties, as they helped to mismanage our funds. I would never recommend Bayview to any other HOA. They are very unprofessional and use a dictatorial rule. We have not had any in person HOA meetings, as both Bayview and our Board of Two are afraid since before COVID. They are afraid of homeowner backlash. We have begun litigation against Bayview and their owner Ninder. I strongly suggest never using Bayview to manage your HOA.
