I lived in a community managed by Bayview for six years. I was consistently impressed by their expertise, professionalism, and ethics. Not only did they have knowledge of relevant statutes at their fingertips, they always had recommendations for quality vendors, and were excellent at providing direction and resolution. I never once felt that they had anything but the best interest of our community at heart, and it was immensely helpful to have them at the helm.

I am speaking as a recent member of our Homeowners’ Association (a new Owner as of 2023) who had been renting previously for 30 years at the same address.
