Worst experience imaginable. They decide to send what they want no matter what you order. Still had chicken feathers on the wings. They wanted to argue when I called to complain. Will never be back, will call the BBB and dispute credit card charge. Disappointing.
Called and they delivered cold food so called back and talked to the manager he said he’ll swap the old order for new food and when It came I complained because now it just looked sloppy and my steak quesadilla was all soggy even the plate was bent like they just threw it in the bag so my boyfriend called back because iam pregnant and I wasn’t happy and didn’t even want to eat anymore the manager said don’t call back here no more we just won’t serve to you guys anymore he had the worst customer service and I will be contacti... read more
Food is great, but there is something missing with the online delivery. The website forces you to add an extra dressing before you can check out. Also, several times the delivery was well over an hour and items that were specifically asked to be left from orders were still on the orders. The website for the establishment makes you order through a delivery app named eatchownow instead of ordering directly from them. The only time an order is actually correct is if you call and order on the phone.

They for got my Gatorade and my food chicken was raw and they had me on hold for 10mins and then hung up on me and the food didnt come for 3hrs
