I went to Bayview Physio for lower back problems. I have had lower back issues for years. I am very impressed with my physiotherapist (i.e. John Pendlebury). He is great and very experienced! I start feeling better literally in 4 sessions. He is detailed and explains everything very clearly. He went over my workout routine and asked me to modify/delete few exercises.
