The vet was understanding and very helpful I'd recommend
Took my reactive dog (Ace) for rabies vaccine update. Not only were they super accommodating and cleared the entry way, they were the most reasonable priced around and super friendly. Definitely recommend them!
The worst place ever! Do not take your animals there! They are unprofessional. They nearly killed our pet with the wrong diagnosis (it was a simple constipation🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️) and gave him antibiotics instead of proper treatment. They have no equipment even to do the tests. Our poor pet nearly died because of their terrible ‘care’. They should be closed. Horrible and criminal!
I was dreading this appointment for my 4 month old cat knowing what he has been through since being a rescue. You can just tell a rescue pet is classified differently. The staff is pleasant, but the entire experience just felt fake/ transactional, just robotic. People drive from all over the place, instead of providing all options for your pet and explaining how it works they just give you what they think is best which doesn't always work, we know our pets too and why we tell you certain things. Loving people BUT! Why charging $30 for cleaning my dog’s wound after paying $90 consultation when there was barely any consultation? It should be part of it! Why trying to sell me extra stuff without asking if I have it? I left having the feeling that money is the #1 motive and this is wrong. Unfortunately a lot of people can’t afford to bring their pet to the vet because of the expensive costs…this wasn’t like that before covid. Now we see more dogs dropped at the shelters for this reason
