Filing for ssa and they want proof my conditions would continue into adulthood. Dr.Palacio was my dr, my sis, and 3 nephews. She kept my file knowing I would have difficulty without it. I've formally requested the file with a release form and haven't received it. I called and the receptionist wouldn't even pass a message to the dr for me with my information. I'm homeless because of these conditions and dr. Palacio still holds the keys to my life.
For the past 18 years, our daughter has been a patient of Doctor Palacios. The only time that she didn't treat our daughter was when I was transferred to California since I was on active duty for the Marine Corp. After my retirement, the family and I returned to Florida. My granddaughter has been going to Dr. Palacio since she was born almost 7 years ago. Dr. Palacio is the Best. She takes her time and never rushes. She is compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. Her staff is great as well. They don't have a lot of turnover which tells you they are satisfied working for her. My daughter and I hope to never have to leave her practice.
