Great on-site doctors and great staff. Given the shortage of doctors in Ontario, we are lucky to have one of the few walk-in clinics in the area. Obviously the wait times are going to be long here - we got there 10 minutes before opening (~9:50) and left at at ~12:30 but the in-take was easy and the staff were amazing. The doctor (Dr K-Tam) spent the necessary time to see my children and was super friendly, listened to our concerns, and gave the appropriate care. Lots of appreciation to this Clinic and the staff.
So rude receptionist, i called them earlier morning and she said yeah you can come but when i reached there,she changed her tone like she don't wanna see us there.

I am posting this anonymously. I came here for the first time a few weeks ago. Yes there was a long wait but eventually I saw a doctor. I thought everything was fine but his "bedside manner" threw me off. I am a woman. I had a mask on as is mandatory. I had a cold and he needed to look into my mouth.
