Dr. Omar Sharif is exceptionally bad at writing prescriptions. I have been told several times that my pharmacy cannot fill a medication he ordered because he failed to include vital information, like medication quantity, refill frequency, or even his own signature. This clinic is very unorganized/unprofessional. I already had a bad impression when I had my first appointment. The front desk is always hard to reach, they don’t reply email and voicemail is full. The doctor and the front desk seem have no communication at all. When I had my follow up appointment for the result, doctor was not prepared. It happened multiple times already, he said he did not receive my bloodwork result, which I already received from Lifelabs. Easier to reach the president of united states than reaching their front task. Emailed, called nevwr a response. New edit( the doctor forgot to even wrtie the referal note) FANTASTIC
It’s taken months to get a health questionnaire filled out from this office. The receptionist doesn’t know how many digits are in a BC phone number. I’ve called half a dozen times trying to get an appointment with my “family doctor”. They keep promising a call back that never happens. Not very Teeka service
Dr. Hnan Sharif is one of the most useless and condescending doctors I’ve ever had, and I’ve had some terrible doctors. I’ve been trying to get a physical disability diagnosed for several months, including getting disability forms for the government filled out, and he was being incredibly rude and asking if I even knew what the forms were for, if I knew the full name of the disability and not just the acronym, etc. They were also trying to charge me to fill out my disability forms and denying that it was covered by the gover... read more
