If I could give this place negative 5 starts I would. I lived her for 3 years went from the apartments that are very small the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors breathing. To a town home. Walls are thin mice infested roach infested mold infested. They only do minor fixes I had to call code for them to come out to clean the mold the refused to give me a proper inspection just my for me to pay myself. Ha sido una pesadilla con Los cobros q hacen por el servicio de agua entre $120 y $235 y mensualmente? Solo vivimos 2 en el apartamento y muy poco tiempo pasamos ahí. Ni en una casa donde vive una familia grande y q usan Laundry pagan esa cantidad tan exagerada Q decepción q ni en la oficina principal pudieron darme una solución . Parece q no les importa q los inquilinos reciban respuestas.

I've been renting from Bayview for over a year now, and have yet to have a single issue with them. They have always been easy to get in touch with, responsive to emails, good communication. When there are issues, they always attend to them, and keep us updated. They installed a new, secure door lock system for the apartment complex. They also addressed a parking issue by installing new signs, and towing vehicles that are illegally parked. Even when it came down to renewing the lease, it was clear, and easy to work with them!
