My partner and I had nothing but an amazing experience here. The staff is amazing, a special shoutout to Lori! She is a gem. The complex itself it also kept in good condition and the location you can't beat! Walking distance to anything you could need - including a nice 15 minute walk to the mall. If we did not move away, we would have resigned our lease. If we had an issue it was handled asap or at least started to be handled asap. I've rented from Bayview for over four years now. The property manager has always been courteous and very responsive. I very much like my apartment at the unique and historic Towson Station building. The accommodating features of this place are fantastic and the building maintenance and upkeep have been nothing short of commendable throughout my entire time here - I highly recommend!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience living in the Towson Station Apartments. My unit itself was absolutely adorable—I received so many compliments from friends and family about how spacious and cozy it was. The layout was perfect, and the new appliances made it feel modern and fresh. The rent is extremely reasonable. If I could give this place negative 5 starts I would. I lived her for 3 years went from the apartments that are very small the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors breathing. To a town home. Walls are thin mice infested roach infested mold infested. They only do minor fixes I had to call code for them to come out to clean the mold the refused to give me a proper inspection just my for me to pay myself.
