Liars, cheaters, and they take your money. Communit Loan Service Kenneth Cooper he is a terrible and unprofessional representative. MY property sold well over mortgage debt and I still received a 1099 to pay taxes on money on income I never receives. Told me to see a tax professional. Bible says thou shall not steal. You will reap what sew.
I am a realtor in AZ and my client did an assumption with this company and they have to be the worst loan servicing company. They are completely heartless and do everything on there timelines. They had the clear to close 2 weeks ago and made buyer and seller wait 2 weeks and slow played everything. My client signed a form stating they can communicate with me and let's just say there was 0 communication at all.
