Ben is top-notch and Very knowledgeable. I have a somewhat complicated commercial policy and had bad experiences with several other local agencies. There were several aspects of the policy that the agents did not understand and it would’ve affected my business negatively. Luckily, I found Ben who knows these commercial policies inside and out. We moved all of our personal insurance over to Ben as well.

Stopped in for a quote, was told “nobody available”, name and number was taken for a call back. I called back the following week, again told “everybody busy”. Did finally get a call back, agent took all my info and would send me the quote. Contacted agent again for update the following week, she sent the quote a few days later. I asked for one small change in the policy, never heard back from them again. If that is how they approach new prospective customers, how do they treat current customers?
