Very disappointed with this auto wrecker. Customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. They gave wrong information about parts availability and wasted my time driving there. Prices were much higher than expected for used parts, and the condition of the parts was poor. Staff did not seem interested in helping customers at all. Overall, a frustrating experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service or honest business.

I'd be so happy to remove this negative review. But I will not until we are refunded for a bad transmission unit sold with warranty, but have been ghosted for both pick up and return of this bad unit. Was also told that it came out of a "running vehicle". When it arrived it was dirty and had sand in the bell housing. Not sure where it was running or when it was. Please refund our company, pick up your unit and we are very happy to remove this review. Thanks

Called to order parts and person answering phone was very rude and hung up on me. We purchase alot of car parts and will never deal with them, terrible experience.

They will sell you a damaged part. Take it back without argument. But the boss is always not there, so you have to come back for your refund. Then it turns out the boss is never there.And it's not clear who the boss is.And they will do anything to not give you your money back. Everybody's free to do what they want.But I would never bring another dollar there.
