PROS: + Calm and quiet cul-de-sac. + 10 min walk to Semiahmoo Plaza and White Rock Business District. + 15 min walk to Beach + All around you'll find an abundance of small parks for dog walking and contemplation. + Stunning rooftop BBQ area and views of Salish Sea + Lovely gardens and lawns on property CONS: - No A/C. - Limited covered parking (lots of bird poop every day). - No ensuite washer/dryer.
