Dr. Lucia Kim is a warm, attentive, patient and detail oriented peson. She really takes the time to explain the procedures/test outcomes and addresses your questions. My children and I feel so comfortable during the eye exams and it's clear that she is also doing a thorough assessment. She really cares about her patients and you can feel that it's genuine. Dr Lucia Kim is exceptional Very caring and skilled. When I came in and complained about my vision and found that there was a rupture on my eyeball I was immediately referred and had surgery the next day.
I am not sure if this review would be helpful for this clinic but I would like to share my experience with them. My kid was diagnosed with intermittent crossed eye back in 2021 in Korea and we needed to keep following up on this to see if my LO would need to get surgery or not. Right after I got back to Toronto, I contacted several eye clinics to get it done and we did get an eye exam at a clinic in Downtown.
