This place has some of the nicest staff I have ever worked with. I arrived around 0615 and was taken care of right away. I highly recommend this place. Dr. Ramirez was very informative about the procedure even though I have been through this before. He took the time to review my previous procedure and explained why I had to come back after 5 years. I highly recommend this facility.
I want to start off by saying the front desk staff is AMAZING! Hands down, listen... kind... compassionate! My NP was good, also listened and explained my upcoming procedure, did a solid history. Where my rating comes in has nothing to do with them, and everything to do with the fact that they outsource a lot. Had a call for an anesthesia consult and the woman was rude, disingenuous, had zero conpassion and treated me like my medical trauma didn't matter. But why would it? Bayview Digestive Health is inside the East Entrance (to the left side of the parking lot). Excellent support staff and nursing team. Very caring team that is highly recommended.
