My procedure left me with *significantly* more post-op recovery pain than I was led to believe, with very little support or answers from the nursing team when I called—multiple times—to try and get a handle on why this was happening. I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I drove all the way from the Outer Banks for my scheduled appointment, only to be told when I arrived that I was never actually on the schedule. This wasn’t my first issue with this office. When I initially called to make the appointment, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Between the poor communication and the lack of customer service I would not recommend this office.

Nice People but beware they only send lab work to Inform Diagnostics regardless of who your insurance company considers in network. You will pay out of pocket for the lab work for the whole amount. I've never encountered a doctor's office with this kind of procedure.
