My procedure left me with *significantly* more post-op recovery pain than I was led to believe, with very little support or answers from the nursing team when I called—multiple times—to try and get a handle on why this was happening. Buchberg, of course, was never there when I called, nor, it seems, could he be bothered to return any of my calls. Nice People but beware they only send lab work to Inform Diagnostics regardless of who your insurance company considers in network. You will pay out of pocket for the lab work for the whole amount. I've never encountered a doctor's office with this kind of procedure.
Wife had a surgical procedure done. She was given a prescription for pain management, however they failed to contact our insurance to verify what was covered. Instead the doctor wrote the prescription and overprescribed the medication. Clearly more than what was needed. When we went to pick it up, it wasn’t covered due to being overprescribed. The whole team, JaMia, Deborah, and Jason Barker, provided excellent care. They were friendly, professional, and worked together seamlessly to provide patient care.
