Received a referral from my PCP, so Bayview Digestive called while I was at work to schedule an appointment. I've tried calling back THREE times in the past two weeks and it just rings and rings forever. It never gets to a directory or anything like that, it just hangs up after a minute or two. They even sent me something in the mail asking me to call... I'd love to but no one answers and then the system hangs up on me!!!!!!!!! I've had crippling issues that the PA Allison listen to with sincerity. Her expression and interaction with me showed compassion and concern. I never felt dismissed or rushed out. The other staff have also been very helpful, friendly, and kind. I'm deeply grateful for my positive experience.

Dr Buckberg is a gifted and a great surgeon. My husband had Ostomy Surgery last May 2021 and had his Ostomy Reversal last December 2021. My husband is cancer free. We are very grateful for Dr Buckberg's kindness, thoughtfulness and he is very compasionate to his patients. We will definitely refer him to our family and friends. All the staffs are professional and courteous.
