My appointment was at 12 noon. After checking in and updating some forms, I was left to languish in an exam room for almost an hour waiting for the doctor to see me. I just lay there watching the inane animal videos. No one offered an explanation for the delay. Having finally had enough, I looked for someone, anyone to ask what going on. Apparently no one had told the doctor that I was there. Then, they said they needed to take a new set of X-rays. I didn’t understand the reason for this and objected. My initial visit went well. I met a lot of people. One was the hygienist, another was the x-ray technician and the other was the actual dentistry physician. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and explain things clearly. Anthony at the front desk was very cordial attentive and knew his stuff. I’m excited to have chosen Bayview dental.
