Property managers & staff are courteous and friendly. It’s clean and the property is well maintained. I had a small request that was handled immediately and prompt attention was given with concerns addressed. Very happy to be here and looking forward to meeting other residents.

Location..location..location Right in the heart of somers point, from restaurants and bars with live music to beach, bike paths and lots of great shopping(all within walking or biking distance)and a jump over to the beaches. Im so extactic to be here. Clean, quite and safe community with so many amenities, from our own private gym to pool and so much more. The outstanding staff from office to maintance are #1, caring and sincere to all. What more can I say...🥰
