We were assisted by Shayan Al Quradaghi in renting our suite at Ben Lomond. He was polite, friendly, punctual and made things easy every step of the way. He was very business-like and provided answers to our questions promptly. It was a pleasure to work with him and he has continued to help where needed after we moved in.
Started living here for almost a month now, and I can already say that it is a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the units themselves look recently renovated. The cleaning and maintenance teams are very friendly and are quick to any fixes and upkeeping required (thanks Dennis and Barbara!).
We love our place at Bayview apartments. We moved in 3 years ago and after a few months and a few minor mix ups we are loving it. The staff are very nice and friendly. The common areas are well maintained. The maintenance man Dennis does an excellent job of repairs in a timely manner. Our concerns are promptly addressed.

Parking $85+. Do you clean our vehicle too or do you make wax to our car too. Why 100$ parking when we live here.
