Expensive and it takes forever for them to do maintenance repairs. There has been cockroaches, and they are always turning the water off.

I would rate it a zero if I could. I booked a tour here hoping to rent an apartment. It was priced ~1660/m online. Instead however, the pictures were not only for a different unit completely, (which wasn't available,) not only were there cockroaches in the building and traps in every cabinet, not only was there not a balcony as specified on the post or pictures, but it was also actually 1899/m! I called the tour guide out on it to his face, as it is an illegal pratice in ON to change rent prices post inquiry. He prefered I s... read more
This building has an amazing view of the older part of Hamilton. Our rental agent, Maily, was fantastic. She gave us a virtual tour of the place and even stayed after hours to give us the keys when we moved in. She was very kind and extremely helpful throughout the process of finding this apartment. This was my first time renting a place without any stress. Unlike other buildings where booking a viewing and getting follow-ups can be difficult, Maily went above and beyond and did all the work for us.
Dennis & Tom are great maintenance. Thank you for fixing everything!!
