This is how it’s suppose to be! On our journey to find a van, we had a horrible experience with another dealership. Lots of shady antics. Making us wait 4 months. Trying to sell us the wrong model van and then trying to keep our deposit. By the time we got everything settled with the previous dealership, all the black vans in the model we wanted were gone, except Edmonton that would have cost $3000 to ship it here. Bought a ram 2500 day one delivered with a knock and non working tailgate. Sold saftey and certified with warranty that they wont cover also was sold a warranty that we did not agree to that they even pened up after all deals where made was told 60000km drivetrain non drivetrain and 20000 factory warranty Also had the manger mess us around played games didint know I was documenting everything. Had great time with the staff on the buying a new ram 1500. Very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had about buying the truck.
