The rail inside the car wash damaged the rims of my car, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff completely brushed it off. No accountability, no care, no attempt to fix the damage or even properly investigate it. The manager, Rishi, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. He showed zero concern for the damage done and made it very clear that customer satisfaction means nothing here. Excellent service, good car detailing. Make sure you allocate enough time since sometimes there's a lineup. It's getting more and more expensive to the point one wonders if it's a fair price.
