I brought my car in for a re-inspect after it was rejected at Firestone. Shoutout to Jay, he was very respectful and punctual. The whole experience was quick and easy, unlike my experience at Firestone. They didn't attempt to upsell me anything and feed me false information about my vehicle. I took my car in for an oil change and to get a diagnostic on my car failing as a walk-in customer - upon a friend's recommendation. One of the mechanics, Fred, greeted me and went to check the vehicle after I pulled in. He was very knowledgeable and did thorough checks to find the issue. I was expecting the repair to be overpriced and to spend a while in the shop but Fred fixed the issue fast and at a fair price to most the other shops I've encountered. Hello! I brought my car to Baview BP to have an inspection renewed. I knew I needed a bulb replacement for a turn signal and let them know. The mechanic called me back with an hour or two to let me know what would be needed to pass inspection and their plan to correct it, but he also took the time to let me know about some items that were not inspection related, but could possibly cause me problems down the road.
