Quality of care for patients is absolutely atrocious. Communication is non-existent, even the director of the program Jill Elmer & Karen Penta cant be bothered to return calls, voicemails, etc. Concerning for people who rely on life saving medication.
I just called this place seeing if my appointment was for today and the woman who answered the phone literally said to me that “I shouldn’t have picked up the phone”. How can you tell a client who is asking a question that you shouldn’t have answered my call because you don’t want to deal with it? Very unprofessional and rude. I do not suggest going her for any type of service. Especially if going for mental health counseling.
