RecommendedBayview is a quiet complex and offers just what you need for a descent price. it's what I can afford and it fits my family's needs. Let me also add that the rental office staff is friendly and courteous.
Don't expect to get your deposit back even if you keep the apartment pristine... Got back about $100 out of $500 for "typical cleaning and carpet cleaning." Also, had two separate guests on different days get their cars broken into in the parking lot. The pool and hot tub are slimy and not usable in my opinion. Plus, you can hear people talking / yelling / playing from the courtyard so loud it's like they're in your apartment.
