I have been here almost 4 years and have never had any issues with any of my neighbors or my property. We all know each other and keep an eye out for one another. If you're looking to party, definitely NOT for you. This is a safe, quiet, and family oriented community. Management and maintenance are great and fast at handling issues.
Absolutely the most horrifying experience in my life. There's cockroach problems, too many issues with the outside and inside of the apartments to list. I've had an ongoing problem with my air conditioner for 4 months now with no fix. My electricity bills are going over $200 for a 2 bedroom apartment which is absolutely insane. The maintenance supervisor is rude, has a huge temper and is not to be trusted.
