⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Frustrating Service BrightView has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. They cut an entire street without giving customers any notice that they were coming, and they don't seem to stick to any consistent schedule. Then, when they show up unexpectedly and the dogs happen to be outside, they refuse to cut the lawn because the dogs are out. How are we supposed to have the dogs put away if you don't notify us when you're coming? Today, I actually asked the crew to cut my lawn while they were still there... read more
