Do not buy these apartments unless they are the last choice. Humongous trash bump was left in the middle of the complex for at least a month attracting rodents. If something breaks, which it will. You will NEVER get it fixed. Matt is the properties "mechanic". I have yet to see him fix anything in anyone's apartments but his.
