RecommendedBaytree Ocean Drive Apartments was our home away from home after Hurricane Harvey destroyed our business and residence. Melissa, Mary, Diana, Dora and Dominic went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. The location was ideal and everyone's effort in keeping up the grounds and maintenance was awesome. We could not have been more blessed to have met these wonderful people and been given the opportunity to live there. Thanks so much, Cliff and Sandi Lichtenberger
My daughter and I moved in here in March and we absolutely love it! The management staff and maintenance staff have amazing response times. We love that the complex is extremely quiet and we feel so safe. The thing we love the most is the atmosphere of family that has been created by the staff. They go above and beyond to show the tenants that they are so much more than a filled vacancy! We can see ourselves living here for years!
I lived here for a year and a half and absolutely loved living here. I never had any issues or worries due to the awesome management, staff and maintenance. Everyone there is so friendly and treats everyone as if they are their own family. If I ever had to have maintenance come to my apartment they were there the same day and i never had to worry about anything. I love living here!! Bay Tree has a great location. It is near the grocery store, gas station, and many places to eat. The management and staff are extremely friendly and host multiple events throught the year for the residents. Living where I can walk outside and catch glimpse of the sunrise over the ocean always keeps me in good spirits. I have stayed in many apartment complexes throughout Corpus Christi and this is by far my favorite!
