Do not rent from this property. New management came in a year ago and ruined a good thing. Everything is remote. No one on site other than maintenance and he is no help. Police come every day. Pool is dirty. Someone keeps breaking into the mail room. Maintenance comes whenever they want. The management company is out of New Hampshire called Residents First and should be Residents Last. Always have to talk to AI. We loved it until the new management came in. They lie to you. So glad to be out of there.
