Beware. Purchase process was very easy. We bought a 2006 Forrest River Roo from them, he told us upfront the floor was soft and it was a design issue which we verified online in forums. We specifically asked if there was any water or flood damage and he said no. The first night we slept in it the rear slide out completely feel off the trailer.
