If you’re looking for typical used car sales tactics, hidden fees, non-existent “added equipment” charges, bloated TT&L costs and a total reluctance to work with potential buyers, Bravo is the place for you! Would not recommend.
They dont make easy to buy vehicles from them. I was interested in a truck and they kept on trying to get me to finance with them after I told them I had my own financing at a lower rate. After they gave me a buy out price to take to my credit union they tried to sneak in a maintenance plan (EPP) which I didnt want. Ask them to take it away and they said that it was required so I didn’t buy and not planning to with them there sketcy and play with the numbers a lot be careful.

Far beyond the level of untrustworthiness you would expect of a used car dealership. Lied to give me a higher interest rate, snuck in a maintenance plan I specifically turned down, were a nightmare to deal with regarding follow-up services. I thought a dealership would be safer and easier to work with than a private seller, and they definitely proved me wrong.
