Had a really good experience at Baytown Open MRI. The staff was kind and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The open MRI helped a lot with my anxiety. Would definitely recommend

The machine is great for someone with severe claustrophobia. I don't know the tech's name, but he was very nice and patient. I would have given 2-3 stars if it were not for these two facts because it's a medical facility and it's really run down. I don't know if it's actually dirty, but you can even see from the photos on Google Maps that the building seems like it's going to fall in. Baytown Open MRI provided an excellent experience from start to finish. I am claustrophobic, but their open MRI machine made the process completely stress-free. The facility was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Amin, the MRI technologist, was incredibly professional and made the entire process smooth with his kindness and expertise. This place is amazing! I am extremely claustrophobic and Amin held my hand, was by my side, and talked to me through it all! He was so compassionate and seriously one of a kind! 10/10 recommend! 🫶🏼
